The so-called "King of High Wire", Nik Wallenda, was at National Harbor Wednesday morning.
With no tether or harness, Wallenda walked over the plaza on a cable about the width of a nickel. It is a 230-foot span, 75-feet in the air.
The stunt was to promote the “Big Apple Circus” starting March 8, which Wallenda is a part of.
