ELLICOTT CITY, Md. -- Two people were found dead in an overturned car in a river in Ellicott City on Friday.

A pedestrian noticed the mostly submerged vehicle around 1 p.m. on Friday and called police.

The deceased were identified Friday night as Timothy Antonio Jones, 35, of Baltimore, and Rickell Tareka Brown, 23, of Columbia.
