A man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting two children inside of a bathroom at an Elevation Burger restaurant in Loudoun County, officials said.
The sexual assault happened on Sunday at 8 p.m. inside of the women's bathroom, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's office.
Luis F. Ore, 20, who works at Elevation Burger followed two girls into the bathroom, held them against their will and then sexually assaulted them.
Officials are not giving the ages of the girls in order to protect their identities.
Ore is registered as a sex offender and was taken into custody inside the restaurant where he works. He is being charged with two counts of abduction and two counts of sexual assault of a person under the age of 13.
He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
According to the Virginia Sex Offender Registry, Ore registered the restaurant as his workplace.
Ore is on probation for abducting victims in the past. He was found guilty in juvenile court of two counts of abduction for an immoral cause and two counts of sexual battery. He was 16 years old at the time.
