ROSSLYN, Va. (WUSA9) -- A fire on the tracks between Rosslyn Metro station and Foggy Bottom early Monday morning was caused by an arcing insulator, Metro said.
The fire on the track-bed broke out a little before 6 a.m. at the station. Arlington County Fire crews responded to the tracks and put the fire out.
Both the Orange and Blue lines are no longer single-tracking, Metrorail said. The Silver Line has resumed between Wiehle-Reston East and Largo Town Center.
