WASHINGTON -- A local sushi burrito chain has opened up shop in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to NoMa, called Buredo, is located at 111 K St. NE.
It offers "burrito-size sushi rolls, salads, and bowls," according to the site, and features "Asian and other globally-inspired ingredients and flavors." Protein options include tofu and pork if you're not into its wide selection of seafood proteins.
With just one review on Yelp thus far, Buredo currently has a three-star rating.
Iris S., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on June 19, wrote, " I've found that the quantity is always quite generous. My favorite is the Beatrix, which has raw salmon, tuna, cucumbers, slaw. In burrito form, they do a great job of packing in large quantities of protein. "
