WASHINGTON — Ever find yourself curious about how animals mate and procreate? If so, the Smithsonian National Zoo may have an event for you.
Yes, it's all about the birds and the bees.
You can spend Valentine's Day at the National Zoo learning about "dating, mating and procreating" in the animal kingdom at the zoo's "Woo at the Zoo" event.
"Bring a special someone, grab a cocktail, learn all about animal sex and dance the night away at a throwback '80s prom," the zoo's website said.
Tickets include two raunchy presentations on animal dating and how they mate. Hour-long sessions start at 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. You can choose your preferred session. The dance party and other activities are from 7 to 10 p.m.
Tickets also include a "Woo at the Zoo" glass, an '80s dance party with a DJ in a heated tent, trivia and photo opportunities. It also includes one drink ticket and complementary desserts.
Participants of the animal coitus informational event must be 21-years-old or older, and must present a valid ID.
On Valentine's Day in 2019, the zoo held the event and featured a sea lion demonstration -- "Seal-ed with a kiss."
The 2019 event had funnel cakes, hot chocolate and ice cream, as well as craft beer. Another feature of the event in 2019 was the "Love is in the arapaima" area.

The other exhibits included, "Get naked ... mole-rats," "Redd is the color of romance" and the conservation carousel.
