WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by two men at gunpoint in Northeast, D.C. Friday night, Metropolitan police said.

The assault happened in the 3600 block of Hayes Street in Northeast on Friday around 2:30 a.m., authorities said.

Police said the woman was getting out of her car when the two men, one armed with gun approached her.

The woman was pushed to the ground where she was robbed and sexually assaulted. Authorities said the suspects fled the scene in a black SUV.

One suspect is described as a black man in his thirties, standing 5'7" tall, with dreadlocks and wearing all black clothing. He had a tan drawing on the front of his shirt.

Police said the second suspect is described as a black man with a medium complexion, wearing a hooded dark blue bubble jacket with a yellow zipper or stitching. He was armed with a gun.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone that provides information, which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for an Armed Robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
