WASHINGTON — A man was walking in the District late Wednesday night when he was assaulted by two suspects, stabbed in the leg multiple times and then robbed, police said.
Around 11:30 p.m., the victim was walking in the 1600 block of Rosedale Street in Northeast when two suspects approached him and began assaulting him.
Police said the suspects stabbed the victim in both of his legs, stole his wallet and then ran away.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
