Va. man wanted for abducting wife and child

He is believed to have traveled to New York City, but his current whereabouts are unknown at this time.

CHANTILLY, VA (WUSA9) — Police need your helping finding a Virginia man who is wanted for temporarily abducting his wife and child on Saturday, March 24th.

Osman Osman, 37, of Herndon, Va. is wanted for two counts of abduction and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is also wanted for two counts of assault on a family member, a protective order violation and transporting a firearm while subject to a protective order.

Police say Osman may have left Virginia after the incident. He is believed to have traveled to New York City, but his current whereabouts are unknown at this time.

He is described by police as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, about 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
