A Cleveland Indians' fan was upset after being seated behind another fan with controversial tattoos during Sunday's game against the Blue Jay's .

Martin Gecovich took to social media to express his frustrations after being seated behind a man with two swastika's tattooed on his back.

He posted these photos with the caption, "@indians do my kids and I have to have a swastika, and nazi train staring at us all game today?

In the photos, the man can be seen without a shirt and the tattoos, clearly visible.

Even though the Indians did not respond to Gecovich's tweet, he said that the situation was resolved and his seats were later moved.

However, there was no shortage of opinions on social media.

Some claiming the Fan was well within his rights to have that tattoo while others agreed with the dad saying it's offensive.

Some fans asked why this man wasn't kicked out immediately.

WKYC looked into the Indians' fan policy and it states:

"Any Abusive or inappropriate language or conduct deemed disorderly, unruly or disruptive including inappropriate dress may constitute grounds for ejection."

WKYC reached out to the Indians for a statement, they responded with " no comment."

Since tweeting the photos, Gecovich has made his page private and changed his handle.
