POOLESVILLE, Md. — Montgomery County police needs your help locating a missing 74-year-old Poolesville man.
Police say Vaughn "Lynn" Ankeny was last seen by family around 2 p.m. Tuesday leaving his home on Jerusalem Church Road. Ankeny was driving his green 2005 Jeep Liberty with MD tags: 7CY7024.
Ankeny is described in a police report as a white male, 6-foot-two inches tall and weighing 250 pounds. He has blonde and grey hair and blue eyes.
Police and family say they are concerned for Ankeny’s physical and emotional welfare.
