Police: Norfolk Walmart robbed, suspect flees

NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are investigating a robbery they say took place inside a Walmart Tuesday morning around 9:15 a.m.

Police say a man entered the store at 1170 N. Military Highway and demanded money from a clerk. The perpetrator then fled the scene.

They have not yet said if a weapon was involved, or shared any information about potential suspects.
