WASHINGTON, D.C., USA — Tuesday, detectives arrested a man they say intentionally hit another man with his car during an argument in Northwest D.C. earlier this month.
The incident happened around 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 5 when the suspect and victim were arguing in the 1900 block of 4th street, the Metropolitan Police Department said.
Officials said the suspect hit the victim, later identified as 35-year-old Daniel Olaya, of Bowie, with his car and fled the scene. Olaya was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries on Wednesday.
Tuesday, police arrested Morris Kenya Harley, 36, and charged him with first degree murder while armed in Olaya’s death.
