Spring is upon us; which means the real estate market is about to heat up. Here are tips to set you apart from the competition from our Real Deal in Real Estate Pros.

  1. Write a letter to the seller.   2. Get experts that ask the right questions. Even if you've done your research and watch every HGTV show, there are issues you as the buyer may not think to uncover. Let professionals get to the bottom of any issues while you focus on getting your dream home.
  3. Be flexible. Have your real estate agent contact the listing agent to see what the seller needs. The seller may need a shorter or longer closing period than usual. If you can accommodate their time frame, that can put you ahead of the competition.
