WASHINGTON, D.C., USA — POW! WOW! DC, also known as the DC Mural Festival, is back in town and will start on Saturday May 4th. The 10-day international mural festival brings artists from all over the world to embellish and beautify walls, streetscapes, and the entire community of NoMa.
While the artists will begin the process of making their murals on May 2nd, walking tours of their finished work will start May 4th at 3:00 pm and the following dates:
- May 6, 6:00 p.m. - mural walking tour (starting point TBD)
- May 8, 9:00 p.m. - Midnight: Secret Walls event at The Line Hotel
- May 11, 5:00 p.m. - mural walking tour (starting point TBD)
- May 12, 5:00 p.m. - mural walking tour (starting point TBD)
