WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- It's not often that an app becomes the premise for a movie. That is exactly what happened with the 'Angry Birds' app.
Angry Birds is almost here. A new trailer is out for the animated movie based on the popular video game. Jason Sudeikis provides the voice for 'Red,' the round bird with big eyebrows and an even bigger temper. And be sure to listen for the voice coach Blake Shelton to lend his voice to the pig.
The movie is set to come out on May 20.
