WUSA9's First Alert Weather Team track Tropical Storm Irma. Irma has weakened to a tropical storm as of Monday morning at 8 a.m. On Sunday, Irma made landfall in the lower Florida Keys just after 9 AM as a Category 4 Hurricane. Irma then made landfall again near Marco Island as a category 3 and has been tracking north through Florida and into Georgia since then.
