Snowfall totals from Tuesday night's storm

WASHINGTON (WUSA 9)-- Tuesday night's snow was a very dry and powdery snow due to the very cold air in place. National Airport reported 0.9" while Dulles saw only 0.3". The heaviest snows were off to our south and southeast with some areas reporting more than 6" of accumulation. The snowfall map was derived from snowfall reports to the WUSA Weather office and from those reported to the National Weather Service.
