WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Memorial Day weekend is off to a hot start, feeling more like the Fourth of July weekend as highs flirt with ninety degrees each day. You'll feel the humidity, too. While there is still a chance of a few afternoon and evening storms, it's not high enough to change your outdoor plans. Better chance of storms each afternoon for locations west of I 81 and in the mountains.
