Judges say breathalyzer gives flawed results

CLEVELAND -- Using a federal grant of more than $6 million, the Ohio Department of Health bought more than 700 units of a machine called The Intoxilyzer 8000, and made them available to local law enforcement and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
