Metro train service adjustments this weekend

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- This weekend, there will be service adjustments on four Metrorail lines. Metro officials say that track work will continue September 5th through 7th beginning at 10 p.m. Friday night and ending at closing on Sunday.

Trains will be running every 8 to 15 minutes on the Red Line. Trains will arrive every 15 minutes on the Orange and Silver lines, and every 16 minutes on the Green line.

There will be regular service for the Blue line and regular service between Huntington and Mt. Vernon Square on the Yellow Line.
