Inner Loop in Md. reopens after multi-vehicle crash

FORESTVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Shortly before 7 a.m. Tuesday, the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway between Central Avenue and Ritchie Marlboro Road reopened after a multi-vehicle crash.

Maryland State Police say that four cars and a tractor trailer were involved in the crash. The wreckage has been moved to the right shoulder.

It is unknown whether or not anyone was injured at this time.

The crash is causing big delays on the Inner Loop and also on Route 50.

Tow trucks have been called to the area.
