(WUSA9) -- Traffic anchor Monika Samtani is keeping an eye on the traffic Wednesday morning and there are more problems on I-66 and I-395. A crash on I-66 eastbound at Route 50 has been cleared, but delays remain. Traffic also "stinks" on I-395 to the 14th Street Bridge, like it did on Tuesday morning.

There are big traffic backups in the DC area on Wednesday morning
