Think you could beat the President in NCAA tournament bracket challenge?
Barack Obama has released his Final Four picks in his annual bracket, predicting the Florida Gators, Arizona Wildcats Michigan State Spartans and Louisville Cardinals to be the last teams fighting for the national championship in Arlington, Texas.
The President went with two No. 1 seeds (Florida and Arizona) and two No. 4 seeds (Louisville and Michigan State). Although having two four seeds could be considered a risky move, Michigan State is playing its best basketball of the season, and many thought Louisville could earn a No. 1 seed before the bracket was announced on Selection Sunday.
The consistent theme throughout Obama's picks is experience, as all four of his guesses have notable veteran leadership.
The rest of his predictions to be released during the 9 a.m. broadcast SportsCenter on Wednesday.
In the times Obama has revealed his bracket, he has picked three different teams to win the national championship: Indiana (2013), Kansas (2011 and 2010) and North Carolina (2012 and 2009).
The Tar Heels proved his prediction true in 2009, when they won the title against Michigan State.
