The Rockies have turned to Walt Weiss -- a former Rockies player -- to right the ship. Only, Weiss has no professional experience as a coach or manager. Last season he coached his son's high school baseball team.

All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki's health has always been a concern, but if he can stay healthy this season he should be the core of the offense. Outfielders Carlos Gonzalez and Michael Cuddyer should also contribute with big bats.
