WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Officials said three lanes on the I-495 outer loop (Capital Beltway) in Prince George's County will be closed at night starting March 6.
The three left lanes on the I-95/I-495 Outer Loop (northbound) between MD 5 (Branch Avenue, exit 7) and the Beltway bridge over Suitland Parkway will be closed starting at 10:00 p.m. Officials advise motorists to look for reduced speed limits, narrow driving lanes and highway workers.
Crews will be doing concrete deck work on the bridge over Suitland Parkway. They hope to have the work done starting tonight through next Thursday (weather permitting), officials said.
All lanes will reopen no later than 5:00 a.m. each day.
