WASHINGTON -- (WUSA9) Secretary of State John Kerry says the United States is not prepared to go to war right now over Russia's actions in Crimea.
"I don't know anyone in American who has suggested to go to war over Crimea" said Kerry in a one-on-one with WUSA9 News anchor Derek McGinty.
Kerry says Russia's actions have isolated the nation very significantly, adding the world is outraged by what has happened.
"You don't win by being a bully and going in, living outside of the law" says Kerry. "I think you end up putting yourself on a course that's very damaging and dangerous."
Kerry says the world has three options: economic, diplomatic and isolation. He says the US is evaluating several options, and is looking at everything.
