WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The trial of former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen, began on Monday.
WUSA 9 chats with Criminal Defense Attorney Gary Gerstenfield to get some analysis on the trial.
Gerstenfield says the McDonnell couple could be looking at years of incarceration with no parole.
