FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA9) -- Fairfax County Police are looking for a man who they say is responsible for a series of fondling incidents in the Bailey's Crossroads area.
Police say the seven fondling incidents took place between March 22 and April 19 in busy shopping centers in the area. In each case, he approaches victims from behind, fondles and grabs their buttocks or crotch area and flees, according to police. No words are exchanged.
Police also say the incidents occur in the afternoon or early evening, between 2 p.m. until 9 p.m.
The victims so far have all been females between the ages of 20 and 40.
Police are hoping that because the crimes happened in a high density population along the busy Route 7 and 50 corridor, that someone may have seen one of the incidents and/or the suspect.
