STAFFORD, Va. (WUSA9) --Two Virginia men were arrested in connection with heroin trafficking in the Stafford County area.
Stafford County Sheriff's Office said one suspect, Jimmy Mills, 34 turned himself late Thursday. James Anthony Cox, 25 was arrested Friday afternoon, authorities said.
Mills was charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, one count of possession of a schedule one or two narcotic and one count of possession of marijuana.
Cox was charged with one count of distribution of an imitation controlled substance. Authorities said both men are at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
Authorities said they are still working on finding 20-year-old Corey Waters. Water is facing one count of possession of a schedule one or two narcotic and one count of possession of controlled paraphernalia.
