FORT BELVOIR, Va. (WUSA9) -- Virginia State Police say charges are pending in Tuesday's minivan crash on Interstate 95.
Police say the 15-year-old girl who was transported from the scene for treatment of life-threatening injuries is still at Inova Fairfax Hospital but they did not have her current condition.

Police continue to investigate the incident, saying that they are working to confirm information for each of the seven people injured in the crash.
Tuesday, Virginia State Police told us that the van was traveling more than 100 miles per hour before it hit a guardrail and overturned on a ramp. The occupants of the Toyota Sienna were males and females between the ages of 15 and 23. Police believed the driver was a female in her early twenties.
