STERLING, Va. (WUSA9) -- The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who injured two deputies while he was trying to flee from the scene of a larceny that happened at Costco in Sterling, Va. Saturday.

The Sheriff's Office said they responded to the Costco located at Price Cascades Plaza around 3:45 p.m. for a report of a man trying to steal televisions.

Authorities said deputies confronted the man and tried to stop him from fleeing the area.

The man got into his car and closed the driver's side door on one deputy's hand. Police said a second deputy tried to grab the suspect through his window.

Authorities said the suspect drove away, dragging the officer for about 60 feet and hit a Loudoun County Sheriff's Office patrol car.

Both of the officers were taken to a local hospital and have been released since the incident, authorities said.

The man was driving a 2004-2006 model Acura with New York license plates, according to authorities.
