STERLING, Va. (WUSA9) -- Loudoun County deputies are looking for a man who reportedly threatened people on a path in Sterling on Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say that someone reported a male wielding a large knife and threatening people on a path in the area of N. Cottage Road and Sugarland Run Drive at 2 p.m. The person also told deputies that the man tossed the knife and ran from the area.
A knife was later recovered in the area, according to authorities.
The suspect was described as a tall, Hispanic male in his 30s, wearing a black zip-up hoodie and blue jeans.
