ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) -- They may have one of the toughest jobs around, but also one of the most important.
We're talking about school bus drivers and attendants.
Monday morning, WUSA9's Andrea McCarren helped present the perfect attendance awards to Montgomery County Public School employees at their year-end celebration.
Fifty of the drivers didn't miss a day of work this school year. That's about a third of the work force out of the MCPS depot.
The drivers serve the BCC, Churchill, Walter Johnson and Whitman school clusters, driving elementary, middle and high school students.
