WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A Prince George's County school is preparing for a performance no other high school in the United States gets to do. Northwestern High School's choir is invited to the Choral Festival in South Africa. They havebeen raising money to help cover the cost.

Thirty four members and their choir director, Leona Lowery, joined us on Thursday to give us an idea of why they were chosen to perform in five South African cities.
