ANNE ARUNDEL, Md. (WUSA9) -- Anne Arundel Police have arrested a woman who had eight separate warrants out for her arrest.

On Thursday a witness reported seeing a black male and white female attempting to break into a truck in the unit block of Magothy Beach Road in Pasadena, police said. When the suspects were unable to get into the truck they left the scene in a white GMC Sonoma which the witness was able to describe, police said.

Officers were able to stop the suspect's vehicle at a traffic stop and immediately identified the female suspect as Bonnie Marie Stauffer.

Stauffer had one warrant for her arrest in Fairfax County Virginia for credit card theft, one warrant in Howard County for rogue and vagabond and credit card theft, and five warrants for her arrest in Anne Arundel County for theft related charges, Anne Arundel police reported.

The male suspect was identified as Ben Brown Junior. Brown was found to have an open warrant for a traffic-related charge in Calvert County.
