BALTIMORE Md. (WUSA9) -- The Coast Guard rescued a 60-year-old man from a boat in the Little Annemessex River Friday afternoon.
According to authorities a bystander contacted the Coastguard and informed them that a boat was doing circles in the water and there was one person aboard unconscious.
Officials report that watchstanders from Sector Baltimore responded to the call and were able to stop the circling 17-foot boat. Authorities say that an officer boarded the boat and began performing CPR on the unconscious boater.
According to authorities the officers transported the man to the City Pier in Crisfield where EMS and police crews were waiting.
