HUNTINGTOWN, Md. (WUSA9) -- Officials say two people were arrested in Charles County for possession of heroin and suboxone.

It happened on July 12 at 3 a.m. in the area of Lowery Road and Bowie Shop Road in Huntingtown, when deputies received a call about a suspicious vehicle.

A caller told deputies that the vehicle's occupants stopped her and then stated, "Oh, you're not the person we're looking for."

Responding deputies located the subject vehicle on Route 4 near Hoile Lane. Two of the vehicle's three occupants were arrested for drug violations, and multiple tools commonly associated in burglaries were in plain view inside the vehicle, according to officials.

Davon Antwone Jones, 23 of Dunkirk, was charged with possession of Heroin and a metal grinder. Richard Lee Foster, Jr., 29 of Owings, was charged with possession of Suboxone and a metal grinder.
