FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- The Frederick County Bureau of Investigation is investigating two bomb threats received at the Frederick County Courthouse Friday morning.

Officials say the first bomb threat, which was non-specific, came in at approximately 8:15 a.m. in Parole and Probation. Police cleared the building while employees continued to work. Citizens were restricted access until the search was over. Nothing suspicious was located, according to a press release.

At approximately 10:50 a.m. a second non-specific bomb threat was received in the District Court Clerk's Office. Police were still on the scene.

The investigation is ongoing, and the courthouse remains open to the public.
