WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a suspect in connection with the death of a 25-year-old man from SE, D.C.
Police said the homicide happened in the 200 block of Savannah Street, SE, on Saturday morning around 12:14 a.m. Police found Anthony Williams of SE, D.C. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when they got to the scene.
According to police, emergency medical services pronounced him as dead at the scene. Authorities said, an autopsy is being performed to determine the cause and manner of his death.
The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
