WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the death of a 64-year-old woman from D.C., who was found dead Friday in the 4100 block of Gault Place, NE.
Police said they found the victim, Barbara Moore, of NE, D.C. dead inside a home Friday evening.
Authorities have ruled the manner of death as a homicide. Police said the cause of death has been determined to be asphyxia by compression.
The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
