WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- D.C. police have arrested two people in connection to the homicide of Rashard Raigns.
The incident occurred Wednesday, June 4 at approximately 2:42 a.m. in the 1900 block of Fenwick Street, NE. Upon arrival, they located Raigns lying on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Raigns was pronounced dead on the scene.
On June 10, 22 year-old William Smallwood was arrested and charged with 'Felony Murder While Armed in the Murder', police said.
On June 11, a juvenile male was arrested and charged with 'Felony Murder While Armed' in connection to the death of Reigns, police said.
