WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Two men were stabbed early Saturday morning inside the Twelve Restaurant and Lounge on the 1100 block of H Street NE. One man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
DC police said that the stabbings were the result of a confrontation. When deputies got to the scene, the complainant was suffering from several stab wounds.
According to police, the man was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Officers found another man who was suffering from several wounds to the head and face. This man was taken to the hospital in grave condition, and authorities said his status has not changed.
Police have arrested 21-year-old Angel DeChristian Simmons and charged him with felony aggravated assault. The charge will change however if either of the two victims die.
