WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- D.C. police may have a clue about the attack on a woman in the Adams Morgan neighborhood over the weekend.
Investigators say a truck may be connected to the attack early Sunday morning. They have released a photo of the truck.
Police are seeking the public's help in identifying several suspects in connection to a first-degree sexual assault and robbery that occurred in the 2400 block of Ontario Road, NW.
Police say an adult female was walking in that area around 5:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 11 when she was approached by a group of four males and two females. The group dragged the victim into a nearby alley where they robbed her of her personal property. Two of the males then sexually assaulted her before fleeing, police say.
