5.Chris Brown assault trial
The trial for singer Chris Brown is scheduled to begin. Brown's trial had been set for Monday but was delayed while lawyers tried to work out whether his bodyguard will testify. The bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was found guilty of assault Monday. READ MORE.
4. Charles Severance extradition hearing
Alexandria police want to talk to Charles Severance about three high profile murders. He'll be back in a West Virginia courtroom Wednesday fighting extradition to Virginia. Severance has been in a West Virginia jail for the last month on an unrelated charge. READ MORE.
3. Windy and cooler Wednesday
It will turn windy and cooler Wednesday behind the cold front. Expect a bright but brisk day with highs only in the low to mid 60s and winds gusting between 30 - 40 mph. The winds will calm down some on Thursday with sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 60s. FORECAST.
