WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- DC Department of Transportation (DDOT) announced they will close lanes on the I-66 Roosevelt Bridge to clean drain and scuppers.
The closures will last from March 11 through March 21, DDOT announced in a press release. The repair work will progress daily from scupper to scupper across the bridge.
The repairs will require the closing of one outbound or one inbound travel lane as work progresses. All lanes will be open except at the scuppers. The traveling public can expect some disruption of traffic flow from during the day work, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
