BETHESDA, Md. (WUSA9) -- Montgomery County police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in the Aug. 7 robbery of a Bethesda bank.
Police say it happened at the M&T Bank branch located at 7920 Norfolk Avenue around 1:52 p.m. Investigation revealed the suspect entered the bank, approached the teller, made threats and requested money. A weapon was not seen, police said, and the suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the bank.
Police on Monday released surveillance photos of the suspect in hopes of someone recognizing him.
