ANN ARUNDEL COUNTY (WUSA9) -- Officials at the Anne Arundel County Department of Health have ordered an emergency closing at two creeks.
Officials are warning against any direct water contact at Mill Creek and Dividing Creek in Arnold. On Tuesday evening, there was a wastewater overflow of around 312,000 gallons caused due to a power outage, officials said.
Officials say if you did come in contact with the affected water, than wash your hands well with soap and warm, clean water including any clothing that may have come in contact.
