FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- Officials have arrested and charged two people for possession of heroin in Maryland.
Rhiana Alene Packett and Arnold Kevin Dussol have been arrested and charged with possession of heroin, and paraphernalia, police said.
On May 1, officials received information that the two suspects were headed to Baltimore to purchase heroin for distribution in Frederick and surrounding areas. Police were able to stop the car on I-70, which was being driven by Packett. Police recovered a quantity of heroin from the car along with needles and other paraphernalia, officials said.
Packett and Dussol were taken to the Frederick County Central Booking where they are awaiting an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
