FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police arrest two people for heroin possession after they were stopped for moving violations.

The incident started on April 14 around 9:00 p.m. when officers conducted a traffic stop on westbound I-70 near Route 85. Officials saw the driver of the car commit two moving violations. The behavior of the occupants of the car led the Police officers to use a drug sniffing dog to sniff the car. Police then found a plastic bag containing heroin, needles, and metal spoons.

Leann Jones, 29, and Christopher Biser,35, were both charged with possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of CDS administering equipment, officials said.
